This workshop will explore how Charting the LifeCourse Framework and Principles can be used to reframe the conversation about community support and working together to expand access and deepen engagement.


Session 2: Building Good Lives

April 9, 2026, Time: 9 – 11 a.m.

This workshop will explore how using the Charting the LifeCourse Framework and Principles during the person-centered planning process assist individuals and families set goals and objectives that will lead them to their good life.


Session 3: Arrangements that Support Self-Determination (Self-Directed Services)

May 14, 2026, Time: 9 – 11 a.m.

This session will explore the Principles of Self-Determination and the Charting LifeCourse Framework and Principles to assist individuals and families in setting up arrangements that support self-determination through the person-centered planning process.


Session 4: A Good Life for Children, Youth, and Families

June 11, 2026 Time: 9 – 11 a.m.

This session will explore the Family Driven Guided Policy through the Charting the LifeCourse Framework and Principles and discover how the framework can enhance planning with children, youth, and families.

Identify the Charting the LifeCourse Principles and values that are important as we begin to think differently what it means to support individuals with disabilities to have good lives.

Identify how Charting the LifeCourse Framework and Principles can be used to reframe the conversation about community support.
