Cornelis “Kees” Frankfort, MA, LLP - Kees Frankfort has a long and rich history with Michigan Community Mental Health and especially with the ACT program. Kees was an original member of the ACT program and has been active in the development of the ACT model. He is a lifelong advocate for adults, who live with a mental illness.
